Feedback
HUMAKO has an electronic feedback form. Every HUMAKO student can give feedback to the staff, the student union, tutors or the department through HUMAKO, even without being a member of HUMAKO. Via the feedback form you can:
- thank the staff with a parrot card
- remind about a late rating with a snail card
- make a suggestion for improvement with a yellow card
- give criticism, ideas for improvement and praise to the student union, tutors, chambers, HUMAKO or on academic matters via the “loudspeaker”
If you wish, you will receive an overall badge after you have given feedback. HUMAKO will forward your feedback anonymously. When giving feedback, please remember to write down the matter as clearly and completely as possible. This will make it easier to address the issue and take it forward.
You can find feedback cards and feedback via loudspeaker on the same form or by clicking on the Give Feedback button at the top of this page. Feedback received will be discussed at a meeting of the board’s advocacy team within two weeks of receipt at the latest. If you leave your contact details, we can inform you of the progress of your feedback by email. Feedback can also be submitted anonymously.
For more information, please contact HUMAKO’s advocacy team. Please send an email to edunvalvonta(a)humako.net.
Initiatives
Do you have ideas on how the student union HUMAKO could develop its activities? Is there something you think your student union could organise, offer or implement? If you are a member of HUMAKO, you can submit a direct initiative to the Student Union!
Here’s how:
- Write down your concrete idea and send it to us via email at humako(a)humako.net.
- The Board of Directors will make a statement to the HUMAKO Representative Council, which will discuss your initiative at its next meeting. You have the right to attend the board meeting while your initiative is being discussed.
- Come to the meeting – as a member of HUMAKO, you have the right to speak and attend the meeting.
You can always contact HUMAKO board members directly if you have ideas for smaller or more everyday developments. If your idea is timely and fits into HUMAKO’s budget and action plan, a more formal approach is not required.
